Autofurnish Ltd.: overview

Autofurnish Ltd (Mcap: ₹160 Cr) is India’s largest and only listed M2C Auto-Accessories company which has been quietly growing in India’s auto accessories space for over a decade. The company started in 2012 and based out of Delhi, it makes and sells car and two-wheeler accessories, like body covers, foot mats, seat covers, lights, and interior and exterior add-ons. Most of what it sells goes through distributors which has helped them to achieve a pan India presence across several states and it recently got listed on the BSE SME platform in May 2026.

Why Autofurnish Deserves Your Attention

1. Expanding Geographic Reach and Reducing Customer Concentration

Autofurnish is steadily expanding its pan-India presence through a distributor-led growth strategy, with its footprint growing from 3 states in FY23 to 35 states and UTs by December 2025. This expansion has reduced Delhi’s share of revenue from 99% to 76%, while Maharashtra currently contributes around 1%, leaving significant headroom for growth. The addition of a Mumbai distributor marks an important step towards tapping Maharashtra’s large automotive market. Alongside geographic diversification, customer concentration has also improved, with the largest customer’s share declining from 70% to 14%, while the customer base grew to over 100 in FY25.

2. Strengthening Online Presence and Expanding Sales Channels

Its wholly owned subsidiary, Golden Mace, is strengthening Autofurnish’s online presence through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto and its own website. From contributing nothing in FY23, Golden Mace’s share of consolidated sales increased to 3% in FY24 and 5% in FY26, creating an additional channel for customer reach and growth.

3. Certified Manufacturing Capabilities and Stronger Capacity Utilisation

Autofurnish operates a manufacturing facility certified under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001. These certifications require robust quality, environmental, safety and energy-management systems, creating significant entry barriers for manufacturers. With these certification potentially taking 8–18 months to achieve, Autofurnish’s existing credentials provide a competitive advantage and strengthen its positioning in the automotive accessories market. Supported by 45 stitching machines and CNC cutting capabilities, the company has improved capacity utilisation from 44% in FY23 to 86% by December 2025, reflecting better utilisation of its existing manufacturing infrastructure.

Financial Highlights

Autofurnish delivered 23% revenue CAGR and 53% EBITDA CAGR over FY23–FY26, with PAT doubling over the same period. FY26 revenue grew 18% to ₹39 crore, EBITDA margins reached 13% and PAT margins stood at 9%. The company follows a relatively asset-light model, with fixed assets of around ₹1 crore, and maintains a 0.6x net debt-to-equity ratio. Its ₹15 crore IPO proceeds, including ₹9 crore earmarked for working capital, provide additional funding to support expansion, while promoter holding remains strong at 69%.

A Premium Multiple Backed by Strong Growth Prospects
Autofurnish commands a market capitalisation of around ₹160 crore, trading at approximately 44x FY26 earnings and 25x EV/EBITDA, with a P/B ratio of 8.7x. While these multiples are at a premium to several listed auto ancillary peers, the valuation needs to be viewed in the context of the company’s growth trajectory, including 23% revenue CAGR and 53% EBITDA CAGR over FY23–FY26, alongside a doubling of PAT over the same period. With FY26 ROE at around 24% and a 0.6x net debt-to-equity ratio, the company offers a combination of growth and manageable leverage. Sustaining this growth, improving earnings visibility and expanding its geographical reach will be key to supporting its current valuation.
